3. Accounts

• You may play as a guest or create a registered account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Guest accounts may be automatically deleted after a period of inactivity.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are virtual currency used to start games and are purchased through Stripe.
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time.

5. User Content

• You may submit custom topics for AI-generated trivia questions.
• You are solely responsible for any content you submit.
• Do not submit content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, or infringes on others' rights.
• We do not monitor all user-submitted content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Trivia questions are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. We are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated questions or answers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent the credit system or payment mechanisms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability
