Get Wedgie Trivia on Android

Install the app directly from us. It's the same Wedgie Trivia — AI-generated questions, up to 12 players, four game modes.

How to install it

1. Tap Download above. Your browser will ask whether to keep the file — Android says this about every APK, so go ahead and keep it.
2. Open the downloaded file. Tap it in your notifications, or find it in Files under Downloads.
3. Allow installs from your browser. The first time, Android sends you to a settings screen to permit installs from that app. Turn it on and press back.
4. Tap Install, then Open when it's finished.

Why does Android warn me?

Because the app isn't coming from the Play Store. Android shows the same warnings for every app installed this way, whoever made it — it's a warning about the source, not a judgement about this particular file.

Play Protect may add a screen saying it doesn't recognise the developer. Tapping through it is expected here. If that makes you uncomfortable, use the browser version instead — it needs no permissions at all and it's the same game.

Once you've installed it, it's worth turning the "install unknown apps" permission back off for your browser. You won't need it again unless you're updating, and leaving it on is a door you don't need open.

Updating later

Most of Wedgie Trivia updates itself — the game screens load fresh each time you open the app, so new question types, modes and fixes arrive without you doing anything. You'd only download a new APK for changes to the app shell itself, and we'll bump the version number above when that happens.
